Fees and sales conditions
Sales mandate
All our forests are under a sales mandate according to Hoguet law (article 72 , decree n° 72-278 , July 20,1972)List of fees all taxes included / To be applied by brackets relevant to the Seller’s net price
| From 0€ to 125.000€ | A fixed fee of 10.000€ (all taxes included)-ATI |
| From 125.000€ to 300.000€ | 6% ATI |
| From 300.000€ to 600.000€ | 5% ATI |
| From 600.000€ to 800.000€ | 4% ATI |
| From 800.000€ to 1.500.000€ | 3% ATI |
| From 1.500.000€ to 3.000.000€ | 2% ATI |
| Beyond 3.000.000€ | 1% ATI |
-Draft of sale agreement 250 €
(included in the fees, for all sales mandates)
-Acknowledgement of value, on the estimate with a minimum of 450 €
(included in the fees for all sales mandates)
The VAT rate applied to the fees is 19.6%
Fees have to be borne either by the seller in case of a sales mandate or by the buyer in case of a search mandate.
They are only owed if the sale takes place.
Transfer fees
Transfer fees (duties, taxes and notary’s fees) are borne by the buyer.
Completion of the sales agreement
A down payment of 10% of the total amount of the transaction is deposited on the completion date of the sales agreement in our depository account or in your notary’s.
