VII- Sales conditions clearly specified.

All our forests are under sales madates according to Hoguet law
(article 72, decree n° 72-678, July 20, 1972)

The forest is estimated according to various parameters:

- economical, base value, timber value, future value.
- technical, tracks state, quality of skidding areas, access to forest, infrastructures.
- environmental, station quality, adaptability to planting, sanitary state.
- cynegetic, hunting plan, development for fauna, forestry orientated towards game feeding.
- legal and fiscal, durable management document, commitment with the State.

We also carry out  studies of the title deed, the Simple Plan of Management, planting maps and the
coming forestry work.

The sales mandate clearly specifies the plots on sale, sales price, the amount of the fees and who is responsible. Fees are owed only if the sale takes place, with a notarial deed.

VIII- Taking on the costs of marketing.

The costs in connection with marketing, visits, adverts, estimation, are taken on by forêt-investissement.

IX- Regular information about marketing and reports of visits.

You will be informed regularly, of the number of visits.

X- A study of the buyer’s solvency.

Before any completion of the sales agreement, we shall make sure of the buyer’s solvency.

XI- Legal competences.

As a registered business, we draw up the sales agreement. This agreement is then deposited at your notary’s office for its reiteration by an authentic deed. Alternatively the sales agreement can also be signed at your notary’s office.

XII- One speciality, the sale in return for a life annuity.
